Minnesota does not have a water shortage! Why do we need to conserve water? What is going to be done with the extra money paid in through higher rates. Why cant you take a stand against the Minnesota statute. Who made the recent MN Statute? I want their names and a way to contact them. The state of Minnesota ancourages and subsidises the ethonal industry. If we truly needed to conserve water would this be prudent sence each of these plants use over 1,000,000 gallons of water per day?
